We are pleased once again to sponsor our annual free CLE event where you will hear practical tips from members of the bar--plaintiff and defense-- to help you evaluate and handle medical negligence cases. This seminar will energize and encourage us as we "continue the tradition" of lawyers helping lawyers in a relaxed setting designed to be educational and enjoyable.

Today, the world is full of new toys. This panel will spotlight the iPad and introduce you to numerous Apps that can be beneficial in preparing and presenting cases.

For plaintiff's counsel, one of the most difficult parts of handling medical malpractice cases is getting the case off the ground. What goes into evaluating a case? What are the first steps? What resources are needed?
